Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions
Gift cards can be used for accommodations, dining, spa, special packages, and more. Please refer to the full terms and conditions below or contact our reservations team for further details to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing, using, or accepting a Post Hotel & Spa gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Redemption:
Gift cards can be redeemed at any participating Post Hotel & Spa or CRMR location, including accommodations, dining, spa services, and retail purchases. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
3. Non-Refundable:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law. Once purchased, the value of the gift card cannot be transferred to another card.
4. Expiry:
Purchased gift cards never expire and are free of service fees. However, promotional gift cards are subject to expiration based on the specific date indicated in the promotion.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
Post Hotel & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
6. Balance Inquiries:
The balance remaining on your gift card can be checked online. Balances are not printed on the gift card.
7. Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be used for group reservations or special events unless otherwise stated. Additional restrictions may apply based on the property or specific promotional offers.
8. Changes to Terms:
Post Hotel & Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms applicable to your gift card will be those in effect at the time of purchase or as amended thereafter.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of a gift card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Please treat your gift card like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
