What are the hours of operation for the pool and hot tub?

6:00am to 10:30pm daily.

What are the hours of operation for the fitness centre?

6:00am to 10:30pm daily.

What are your cancellation/modification policies?

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise noted on your reservation. Should you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, or fail to arrive we reserve the right to retain the deposit. To avoid a charge of the deposit amount, please notify our office by 4:00pm MST 72 hours prior to your arrival should you need to cancel.

What are your check-in and checkout times?

4:00pm check in. 11:00am check out.

Can I request an early check-in or late checkout?

Early check-in and late checkouts are subject to availability. There is no charge, but we cannot guarantee they are available.

What are the hours of operation for the Main Dining Room?

First seating starts at 5:30pm and then every 15 minutes until 6:30pm. Second seating starts at 8pm and then every 15 minutes until 8:45pm.

What are the hours of operation for Fondue Stubli?

First seating at 6pm. Second seating at 8pm.

What are the hours of operation at the Sir Norman Lounge?

The Sir Norman Lounge opens at 2:00pm daily with no official closing time. We will close early if it is very slow, and stay open if we are busy.

When is Tea Time?

We offer tea every day from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in the lobby. Coffee and tea are complimentary, and desserts are available for purchase.

What are your spa hours?

Temple Mountain Spa is open 10:00am to 6:00pm daily.

What’s the schedule for the ski hill shuttle?

Our complimentary ski shuttle to the Lake Louise Ski Area departs the hotel at 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am & 11:30am daily. The shuttle will collect you from the ski hill at 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm & 4:30pm daily.

Do you offer a shuttle to the lake?

We do not offer a shuttle to Lake Louise itself. During winter, guests may use Roam Transit or drive up to the lake. In the summer time, guests must book shuttles themselves or contact the hotel for assistance.

Do you offer transportation to and from the Calgary airport?

We do not offer an airport shuttle to Calgary (YYC). Guests must book a shuttle or private transportation themselves. Contact the hotel for assistance.

Do I need a Park Pass?

As we are located in Banff National Park, park passes are required to be displayed in your vehicle. Park passes can be purchased at the park gates or in downtown Banff at the Information Centre.

Can I park my vehicle at the hotel?

There is free unassigned parking for guests in front of the hotel.

How do I get to the hotel?

Are children welcome at the hotel?

Children are most welcome at the hotel, and pack n’ plays are available for babies.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Animals are not permitted at the hotel.

Are there chargers for electric vehicles?

Outlets are available but limited. Please inquire with the front desk upon check-in.
